Can we see a whole album before we make our choice?
Of course & being honest I want you too, really need you to like my work/style or we won’t be a good fit on your day. When we meet up for the first time I will have plenty of my work for you to view.
Have you worked at our venue before?
I’ve been shooting weddings since 2013 so if its in my local area there is a great chance I’ve shot there. If however I haven’t worked there previously, I will always do my research & when possible will arrange a site visit. I will not be going into your wedding blind.
How will the day run?
This is one of the main reasons we meet at least once before your wedding. Everything depends on what you both want for your day & photos. We’ll work together on this (along with your planner if you have one) to make your day go as smoothly as possible.
How long will photos take?
Once again this is dependant on you, I’d normally only set up the group photos, generally right after your service & how many you require is your choice. I’ll also take you away from the crowds at some point to get some personal portraits but timings again are up to you.
When do we get our photos back?
The short answer is as soon as possible….. If everything is running normally a full wedding day edits will hopefully be back with you in 4 to 6 weeks, but during busy periods it may take a little longer as I will never rush your edits & images. I always try to provide a set of sneak-peek photos the day after your wedding so you have something to share out with family & friends.
How will they be delivered?
Your images will be delivered on a USB, however you can have an online password protected album upon request.
Do you do albums?
Yes albums are available at an extra cost after your images have been delivered to you.
Do you work alone?
Yes….. but if required we can arrange for a second shooter at an extra cost.
Are you insured?
Yes I am fully insured & can happily provide documentation if required by you venue.
Do we have to feed you?
Short answer is no, however if you choose to it is very much appreciated, but lets avoid any awkward conversations & can you please tell me if you are planning to feed me so I can leave my Batman lunchbox at home. Regardless of all this I will take a break while your eating your wedding breakfast as no one want photos of Uncle Bob with a forkful of food going into his mouth!
